Exam Ready Handwriting is a powerful combo. It includes a one-hour lesson and an online course. It provides key insights into what examiners expect from handwriting.

Here’s what we offer:

  • Personalised Power Hour: A one-on-one session with Sheilagh, an expert occupational therapist. She will give specific handwriting advice. The advice will be tailored to your child’s needs.
  • Comprehensive Online Course: Developed in collaboration with classroom teachers, examiners, and occupational therapists, this course offers subject-specific guidance. It includes:
    • Revision questions and understanding command words.
    • Time management strategies.
    • Coverage of key subjects: English, Maths, History, Geography, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

Designed to transform your child from a concerned writer into a confident writer. Our programme ensures they can tackle any exam question. Knowing their handwriting will be clear and readable.

Most students enrol in this course and schedule their Power Hour lesson in Year 10 or 11, giving them ample time to implement the handwriting recommendations. Some choose to book extra handwriting lessons. They find it helpful to focus on the core writing practices for their subject.
